Friendship Court, a 150 unit development in Charlottesville, VA is undergoing a master planning process to create mixed income development on the site while not displacing existing residents, better connecting the site to its surrounding context and creating opportunity for the families currently on-site. A design team consisting of nationally known architects, planners and urban designers including Liz Ogbu from Studio O, Marc Norman of Ideas and Action and Stantec’s Urban Places Group has developed the plan based on input from residents and other stakeholders. The process is ongoing.
