Designing Affordability, an exhibition on innovative approaches to efficient design and affordability opened in Sydney Australia on October 6, 2016 and ran through November of 2016 at Tin Sheds Gallery. With generous support from Urban Growth NSW and the University of Sydney the exhibition which debuted at the Center for Architecture in New York was enhanced with Australian projects that rethink the way we live, design and finance housing for increased affordability. An associated symposium on October 8, 2016 brought together architects, planners, policy makers and academics for a lively discussion on the themes of the exhibition.
