An RFP for co-development partners for two publicly owned affordable housing sites has been issued. We have such a dearth of options for low and middle income renters. I’m proud of Ann Arbor voters for passing an affordable housing millage to support these efforts and honored to be working with the Ann Arbor Housing Commission to model what affordable and mixed income development might look like on public sites. supporting development on publicly owned sites.
