The city of Ann Arbor and the Ann Arbor Housing Commission enlisted Ideas and Action to Analyze city owned sites suitable for added density, affordable housing and mixed income/mixed use development. Findings were incorporated into a series of city council resolutions to move the process of development and/or engagement forward. The full report to council can be found at this link.
